Throughout more than 27 years of manufacturing and operational leadership, Walter G. Cueto learned that lasting transformation is never achieved through processes alone it is achieved through people, leadership, and disciplined execution.

From leading international factory relocations and manufacturing startups to transforming underperforming operations into high-performing organizations, Walter built a career helping businesses overcome complex challenges and achieve measurable results.

Inspired by his Bolivian heritage and the meaning of INTI, the Inca symbol of light, energy, and strength, he founded INTI Consulting with a simple purpose:

To illuminate potential, transform operations, and strengthen organizations.

Today, INTI Consulting partners with manufacturers, government agencies, and public-sector organizations to solve complex operational challenges through practical solutions, executive leadership, and The INTI Framework™.

Director Bolivia Operations

Sergio Paz is a Bolivian attorney with experience in oral litigation, judicial administration, and prosecutorial support. His work at Bolivia’s Supreme Court of Justice and his teaching in business law bring practical legal knowledge and institutional insight to INTI’s local relationships and business development. He also has over 10 years of experience in the international administrative mining Industry.
