Throughout more than 27 years of manufacturing and operational leadership, Walter G. Cueto learned that lasting transformation is never achieved through processes alone it is achieved through people, leadership, and disciplined execution.

From leading international factory relocations and manufacturing startups to transforming underperforming operations into high-performing organizations, Walter built a career helping businesses overcome complex challenges and achieve measurable results.

Inspired by his Bolivian heritage and the meaning of INTI, the Inca symbol of light, energy, and strength, he founded INTI Consulting with a simple purpose:

To illuminate potential, transform operations, and strengthen organizations.

Today, INTI Consulting partners with manufacturers, government agencies, and public-sector organizations to solve complex operational challenges through practical solutions, executive leadership, and The INTI Framework™.
